Nintendo Wifi Router Trouble.?

So like normal on my Nintendo Ds Light... I look for the access point and a message pops up saying my routers security settings are not supported by the nintendo ds and I know that there must be a way to fix it! I have a Linksys by Cisco router and I need to know how to fix this problem! Please tell me instructions on how to fix this and thank you!
