Good trade for Bills and Titans?

Vince Young just hasn't looked good. The team isn't moving the ball with either quarterback. I'd stick with whoever the Bills have or get another quarterback somewhere else. The Bills are on the edge of having a good team. Fans just need to stick with the team. Changing the coaches and players out will just disrupt the unity that is being formed to make this team a potential winning team. Give the Bills some time. I like Coach Jauron. I think he can turn the Bills around.
