What does this biblical page mean?

Tough question. There are plenty of Scriptures that 4.14 could apply to. Did Leviticus stand out to you? Does it have relevance to you or the congregation at your church? If not, then I'd say it was not a coincidence you came across it and that you should go through the rest of the Bible until you find something more applicable.
