because your taking a higher dosage, that could cause your period not to last as long sometimes. Im not sure about the random bleeding for 2 hours, sorry. (might want to check up on that at a medical clinic because it MIGHT be from an std) but by six weeks after having the unprotected it would show up on a pregnancy test, so since it came up negative on all of them and you got your period you have nothing to worry about :)
