Avira AntiVir- Detection box will not close!?

A detection! from Avira AntiVir came us and it said that a virus or unwanted program was found. So i just clicked delete and then O.K. A box with the same Trojan and same path keeps coming up regardless of how many times i delete it. Help anyone?
