What is a simple recipe for a great tasting dessert?

i am in a cooking competition and i need a recipe that would be easy to make yet delicious.. any ideas on what i could make/a recipe i could use?? i have to make a appetizer, entree, and dessert all in an hour and a half so keep that in mind.
