Huge dumpling or what?..................?

Use broth, and don't forget to boil it very hard, then top with your dumpling, turn down the heat to simmer, keeping it uncovered for the first half of cooking. After that, cover it for the last half. If the large one is still not turning out, try making a few smaller ones. Good luck! My family loves my homemade dumplings.
