7 months pregnant and think my boyfriend is cheating. I have no one but him....?

He is talking to is ex girlfriend along with 3 other girls that he says he is just trying to get money from them not anything ual. he gave me an STD as well. i am a very sweet person and was emotionally abused all my life. i have no friends or parents to turn too. i need help and am severly depressed. im so scared to be alone and just want someone to love me for once. im a good catch. what do i do? am i over reacting? help me please.
