Would you agree that a truly devout Catholic MUST learn Latin?

Really, it does not even sound right to say " If you can't speak Latin, then you are not a devout believer in God." Do you think God cares about that, or is he more concerned about the condition of our hearts. Knowledge without love is just a clanging bell.
