Workmanship comp please help!!?

Well okay when I was 16 yrs pls I hurt my wrist now I am 19 and well I barely hurt myself on my job n reported and went to the doctor for it.. The pain is still their and it hurts really bad and all the gave me was a removable splin and told me they were going to send my x rays to a specialist okay and question was does your manager have to b in their with u or do u have the right for privacy since u already signed the papers given them the right to go thru your medical records..?? Another question was can they deny my claim if is just a sprain? Cause I mean my doctors note never says it was a re injury or nothin it just states as a sprain another thing is that they don know were my previous fracture was at so how did the job put in the paper work as re injury if they don't know that 100 percent sure bout it? So what can I do because they got me sweeping and I still have alot of pain when I move the broom around?? An all they say is well take advil which I wasn't told to. So can someone please help l? I mean their treating bad as it is and I wanna know what can I do so I won't end up loosing??
