I was thinking of geting a tattoo like nancy's from hollyoaks....should i?

one suggestion is slow down. if your only 18, you have years to get more ink. more experiences are bound to happen, and you may want them on your skin..next advice chose more PERSONAL pieces. I'm not trying to hate on you, but it sounds like you may have picked art off of a tatt shop wall...don't do that. make it personal. i wouldn't get anything someone else already has, unless you are best friends and it really MEANS something...i cant suggest anything because of what you said you have, but i would start THINKING HARD, and going to reputable shops that will help you create one. hope i wasn't too cruel...i speak from experience.
